You & Five-O, LLC created and developed the Just-Us Review Council which is supported by the North Carolina Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice.

We believe communities deserves more than a voice during times of crisis—they deserve a voice, before a crisis ever occurs.

We recognize the historical relationship between law enforcement and many communities, particularly African-American communities. We do not ignore that history. We learn from it.

We recognize that trust is built through understanding. The Just-Us Community Playbook will provide communities with practical tools to better understand and shape public safety within their communities.

You & Five-O, LLC and the North Carolina Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice will be here when you’re ready to learn how to become more effective when engaging with law enforcement, before a crisis.

Participants will leave with their Playbook that we believe will help them understand what to ask of the local police agency. Our partnership believes that building relationships with law enforcement before a crisis are often the ones that carry communities through one.

Just-Us Review Council Community Playbook

The Just-Us Review Community Playbook training for community leaders and organizations to help them understand that proactively engaging with law enforcement prior to a crisis will make them more informed and unified. These tools help communities ask better questions to create solutions that benefit everyone.

The Just-Us Review Council Community Playbook training is to help community leaders and organizations prepare to effectively respond before and during critical incidents. The training will be done in partnership with the North Carolina Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ) it would and could include retired and active experts across the justice spectrum. We are not telling community leaders what to think, we're helping community members to understand what to ask their local agency.

You & Five-O would welcome being a part of the conversations.
